Delete your dripdash account

From the app: go to Profile → Delete account, type "delete" to confirm. This permanently closes your account and cannot be undone.

Without the app: email [your support email] from the email address or phone number linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify it's you and confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted: your login, profile details, saved addresses, and marketing preferences. What we keep: records of treatments you received, including health forms and prescriptions, which we're legally required to retain as medical records for the statutory retention period. These are kept securely and no longer linked to an active account.
